Rakuten Ready set out to establish an industry benchmark study to document last mile performance in Order for Pickup customer experiences.

To accomplish this, Rakuten Ready commissioned a comprehensive nationwide field test with secret shoppers, where after placing mobile Orders for Pickup, we measured both quantitative and qualitative metrics of these pickup experiences at 25 top grocers, retailers, and QSRs.

The result is the Rakuten Ready 2019 Time Study.
